Diogo is Portugees en woont in Brussel. In zijn blog beschrijft hij hoe Brussel gisteren eerst maagdelijk wit werd door de sneeuw, en dan veranderde in een slijkpoel door smeltende sneeuw en regen. Ons klimaat is niet zijn beste maat, hij is met de zon opgegroeid, maar hij klaagt niet, want: "Brussels is much more than the weather: it’s about the people, about the diversity of people who live here and give this city a unique cosmopolitan and intercultural ambiance. That’s what I like the most about Brussels.
